Significant Recovery Potential: The expected settlement or judgment should be substantial, typically exceeding INR 500,000, to justify the investment of funding resources.
Eligible Applicants: Applicants must be individuals, businesses, or law firms, aged 18 or older, and legally capable of entering into contracts. We work with plaintiffs or their legal representatives.
Supported Case Types: We fund a variety of cases, including commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency proceedings, class actions, and intellectual property disputes.
Complete Documentation: Applicants must provide comprehensive case details, including legal documents, attorney information, and estimated costs, to facilitate our evaluation process.
Geographic Scope: We primarily fund cases within the Delhi & Gurugram Jurisdiction In India, with selective support for international arbitration cases that meet our criteria.
